Typically, we are able to boost performance in SATS, GCSE (often by 1 and
occasionally 2 grades better than those previously predicted), ‘AS’ and ‘A’
Levels as well as improving chances of gaining entrance to selective schools at
11+ or 13+ Common Entrance Stages. Naturally success depends on student
motivation and ability as well as the quality of teaching.
- A high percentage of our pupils stay a considerable time and only ‘retire’ on
completion of their course (e.g. GCSE course). Over half of our pupils come to
us based on personal recommendation, including local schools
- As examiners we have the ability to teach examination techniques in order to
obtain as many marks as possible in important tests such as GCSE and SATs
- Our popularity means that we are no longer able to offer tuition in your own
home, so you would need to travel to us. We are based in Oldswinford,
Stourbridge close to Oldswinford Cross and Stourbridge Golf Club
- As we work from our home we have immediate access to a wide range of
textbooks, educational resources, PC, Educational Internet Sites, online GCSE
and SATs resources and
photocopying facilities.
- The first lesson usually involves an assessment, on which we give feedback.
Normally a 1 hour lesson is taken every week - but this is negotiable
